ICECHAT NX - CUSTOM MAIN ANSI
================================

The opening IceChat NX screen is loaded from:

  doors/icechatnx/display/main.ans

Replace main.ans with your own standard CP437 ANSI file to customize the
first screen callers see. IceChat NX uses ATDT's CP437/ANSI loader, so SAUCE
records are supported and stripped before display. Keep the artwork at 80x25
for best results with the ATDT terminal.

DYNAMIC PLACEHOLDERS
--------------------
@VERSION@          IceChat NX version
@CALLER@           Caller handle
@SYSOP@            SysOp name from config.php
@SYSOP_STATUS@     ONLINE or OFFLINE
@SYSOP_COLOR@ ANSI SGR color number: 32 online / 31 offline
@CLIENT_NAME@      Windows client name
@HEARTBEAT@ Client name and heartbeat age, or offline text
@STATUS_MESSAGE@   Current client-status sentence
@STATUS_LINE@ Current client-status sentence centered for 80 columns
@MESSAGE_COLOR@ ANSI SGR color number for the status sentence

The placeholders are replaced after the ANSI file is loaded. Dynamic values
are sanitized as text and cannot inject ANSI control sequences.

Example dynamic color sequence:

  ESC[1;@SYSOP_COLOR@m@SYSOP_STATUS@ESC[0m

Use a real ESC character (ASCII 27) when editing ANSI; the text above is only
an explanation. The included main.ans is a working example.

If main.ans is missing, empty, unreadable, or larger than 128 KiB, IceChat NX
falls back to its built-in main screen so the door remains usable.
